Grief
This website is about grief because it explains on how the loss of an adult sibling. Susie was the person that was lost in the book from the person called Mr. Harvey. He stalks her and she took a short cut through the cornfield and then he brings her to his underground place and kills her. The love of her first kiss was ray and he lost her because of the death. Susie’s loved ones miss her and will want to see her again.

This website is about acceptance because it explains on how the family has 2 accept the death of her loved one. Ray and friends have to accept that they won’t see her again at school and they have to move on with their lives. It is hard to accept someone’s death because you always see them and now you can’t see them anymore because they have died.

It shows on how someone has murdered a student and then got caught. Mr. Harvey murdered Susie and got caught through the book because of the evidence that lead to him.

Death
This website relates to death because it explains on how the father lost someone close to them and her whole family misses her without a doubt. The death of a young one is tragic and really sucks to lose that person. The book relates on how Susie had died and it is her father that is really worried and wants to find her killer. Susie has 2 close friends as well and they both miss her and one of them kissed her and now they can’t see each other any more.

THE LOVELY BONES
My response is that there is a girl named Susie salmon and she is 14 years old. She is a smart student and one day she took a short cut home from school through the cornfield while it was in the dark. Mr. Harvey startled her when she wasn’t paying attention in the cornfield. Mr. Harvey lured Susie into a hiding place he made in the ground. Susie goes with him. Susie tried to leave but he blocks the door with his body.
Mr. Harvey is a serial killer and has killed a lot of people throughout his life. When he was younger he had a lot of events that made him a murderer through his life. He had a bad childhood life. Mr. Harvey is very dangerous because of his young childhood. The mood is about sad on how Susie dies and she had her first kiss before she died.
The theme of this book is a good vs. evil. It is a good vs. evil because he was a serial killer and then he changed to a monster killing a younger girls and women. He is a bad man with deep emotional and danger to any young girl or women. The father did not give up until he found out who was the killer.Susie is the main character of the story that gets raped and murdered. Jack salmon susie's father feels bad because he hasn't protected susie when she needed him. Ray was susie's soul mate. Len fenerman is the detective who investigates susie's case. Samuel Heckler is the life saver for susie because he is always helping her in any way he can. the climax is a major turning point that allows the protaganist to resolve the conflict. Susie's greatest wish came true because she kissed Ray. The outcome of the story is that the carry on with there lifes and accepts susie's death.

I chose this book because it is very intresting and it caught my attention because there is a teacher that likes this girl and it is in elemtary school. He Rapes her and then cuts her body in peices and then scatters the body around the place and the police cannot find all the peices so it takes them a very long time. I have not finished the book yet but i look forward to finsihing it.
